All intellectual property rights and copyrights of the music scores and text subsisting in respect of the Website belong to the Music Office, composers, arrangers or the Research Team and have been lawfully licensed to Hong Kong Baptist University for use on the Website. All rights under applicable laws are hereby reserved.

The website, its design, graphics, and indexing data are produced and owned by the Hong Kong Baptist University Library.

2. User's Conduct

Music scores may be downloaded free of charge, for academic studies, research and performance purposes.

The use of this website and its contents must comply with Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Creative Commons License of Creative Commons license

If used for public performance, please give acknowledgement to Hong Kong Baptist University Library and the Music Office.

As a condition of your use of the Website, you must not:

• Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute in any way, Information obtained through the Website for any commercial purposes, and/or for any benefits, gain, profit or rewards;
• Create derivative works with respect thereto, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner or rightholder; or
• Trespass, break into, access, use any other parts of our servers, and/or any data areas for which you have not been authorized by us.

3. Acccess

We reserve the right at all times to prohibit or deny your access to the Website or any part thereof immediately and without notice, where we are of the opinion that you have breached any of the terms contained in the Terms of Use or that such prohibition or denial is appropriate, desirable or necessary in our sole discretion.

The Chinese version is for reference only. If there is any conflict or difference between the Chinese version of the Terms of Use and its English version, the English version prevails.
