Biography:
Born in 1949, Leung was one of Hong Kong's best-known cultural icons. A versatile writer, his works ranged from poetry to novels, including《布拉格的明信片》 (Postcards from Prague) (1990), 《半途:梁秉鈞詩選》(Mid-way: Leung Ping Kwan's Poetry Collection and 《後殖民食物與愛情》(Postcolonial Affairs of Food and the Heart).

Huang graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1989 and obtained her master's degree in Chinese-French-English interpretation from École Supérieure d’Interprètes et Traducteurs (ESIT) in Paris in 1991.

She founded the programme Atelier Littéraire Bipolaire to promote literary exchanges between French and Chinese literati. Her publications include Hong Kong: Approches littéraires.
