| Description簡介 | The Lion Rock spirit is said to represent the core value of Hong Kong, such as “to create miracles from the impossible” and “perseverance and solidarity.” When I look at the mountain, I feel encouraged. I add an encouraging scripture from the bible which is “but one thing I do, forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal” (Philippian 3:13-14). This scripture fits the image of Lion Rock, and also the religion of HKBU. I make this painting by referring to Huang Binhong’s painting, I make reference to his colors and mountains.
