Biography:
Born in Guangdong in 1915, Yuan was a columnist and literary critic active from 1945. He worked as an editor at a number of local print media. His publications, including 《閑步集》[Collection of Strolling] and 《石魚集》[Collection of Stone Fish], often depict the life and society in Hong Kong.
