Biography:
Born in Hong Kong in 1952, Yip worked as a journalist, translator and editor. He co-founded the literary magazine 《羅盤》[Geomatic Compass] and served in the editorial of a number of other magazines. His publications include 《浮城後記》[Afterword on the Floating City], 《水在瓶》[Water in the Bottle] and《煙迷你的眼》[Illusion].

Born in Hong Kong in 1953, Cheung taught at a number of universities, specialising in Literature and Translation Studies. She also co-edited anthologies including An Oxford Anthology of Contemporary Chinese Drama and Hong Kong Collage: Contemporary Stories and Writing.

Pollard served as Professor of Chinese at the University of London from 1978 to 1988 and Professor of Translation at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1988 to 1997. He has written extensively on modern Chinese language and literature as well as on aspects of translation. Among his translations are The True Story of Lu Xun and Zhou Zuoren: Selected Essays.
