Biography:
Born in Hong Kong in 1952, Yip worked as a journalist, translator and editor. He co-founded the literary magazine 《羅盤》[Geomatic Compass] and served in the editorial of a number of other magazines. His publications include 《浮城後記》[Afterword on the Floating City], 《水在瓶》[Water in the Bottle] and《煙迷你的眼》[Illusion].

She also co-edited anthologies including An Oxford Anthology of Contemporary Chinese Drama and Hong Kong Collage: Contemporary Stories and Writing.
