Serving on the UGC’s Working Group on OA and RGC Coordination Platform for the OA Plan, the Library strives to achieve the OA initiatives endorsed by UGC in February 2021.
OA Publishing Agreements
10 publishers (and SCOAP3) have signed OA publishing agreements with the Library so you can enjoy publishing OA without paying APC charges.
