OA Publishing Agreements
14 publishers (and SCOAP3) have signed OA publishing agreements with the Library so you can enjoy publishing OA without paying APC charges.
RGC Open Access Plan
Representing HKBU in the UGC's Working Group on OA and RGC Coordination Platform for the OA Plan, the Library supports the University in achieving UGC's OA targets.
OA Journals with Ranking
27,955 OA journals are mapped to HKBU departments with the latest Scimago journal metrics provided by Scopus.
