無危。迷鳥。小型鶯類，有黑色長側冠紋，眼眉、眼先和面頰鮮明栗色，大眼睛。上體橄欖綠色，腰部黃色。喉部白色，有黑色幼縱紋。胸至尾下覆羽白色，胸部沾有黃斑。上嘴黑色，下嘴淡粉紅色。繁殖鳥在高地竹林內活動。
Least Concern. Vagrant. Small warbler. Long black lateral crown stripes. Prominent chestnut supercilium, lores and cheeks. Big and dark eyes. Upperparts olive-green, rump yellow. Throat is white with narrow black stripes. Breast to vent white, breast tinted yellow. Black upper mandible and lower mandible pale pink.Breeding birds keep to bamboos in upland areas.
