無危。偶見鳥。體形細小的灰色杜鵑，形似中杜鵑及大杜鵑，上體灰色，白色腹部有黑色橫斑，臀部皮黄色，以五音節的叫聲最易與其他種類杜鵑區分。雌鳥似雄鳥，但有赤色形雌鳥。見於高地林區。
Least Concern. Occasional Visitor. Small cuckoo, similar in appearance to other Cuculus cuckoos. It has grey upperparts, widely spaced barring on white underparts and a buffy vent. Distinctive loud five-note call. Rufous female hepatic morph can be seen. Found in upland forest.
