易危。冬候鳥及春季過境遷徙鳥。大型猛禽，成鳥有深褐色體羽，頭後至枕部淡褐色。幼鳥全身淡褐色，初級飛羽、次級飛羽及尾羽黑色。飛行時，頸長及頭部大而突出，尾羽長而呈長方形。見於濕地上空。
Vulnerable. Spring Passage Migrants and Winter Visitors. Large raptor with dark brown body, pale brown hind crown and nape in adults. Juvenile has light brown body, with black primaries, secondaries and tail. Shows long neck and big head with long retangular tail in flight. Found above the wetlands.
