無危。冬候鳥。身型短小的小海鳥。上體灰色，頭部黑色，下體白色，嘴小而淡粉紅色。常潛入水中，能在水下長距離潛泳。
Least Concern. Winter Visitor. Small compact seabird. Grey upperparts with black head. White underparts. Small and pale pink bill. Dives continuously and may travel underwater for considerable distance.
