無危。春及秋季過境遷徙鳥,冬侯鳥。上體黑色且有金屬藍色光澤，而頰至後枕淡紅褐色。腰部明顯淺色，有時栗紅色，下體淡褐色有黑色縱紋。尾部打開時無明顯白斑。
Least Concern. Passage Migrants, Winter Visitors. Upperparts black with metallic blue light reflection. Cheeks to nape pale reddish brown with dark strips, with pale and often reddish rump. Underparts pale brownish with blackish streaking, lacks white spots on tail.
