無危。春及秋季過境遷徙鳥，冬候鳥。有很多亞種，但全部都是下體黃色，背部橄欖綠色，嘴和腳黑色。第一年度冬的鳥有明顯白色眉紋，上體淡棕色，下體白色。taivana亞種（香港最常見）頭頂及背部橄欖綠，眉紋及喉部鮮黃色。見於潮濕地區和耕地.
Least Concern. Spring and Autumn Passage Migrant, Winter Visitor. Many sub-species, all with yellow underparts, olive-green back, black legs and bill. First winter birds have prominent white eyebrow, pale brown upperparts and white underparts. Race taivana (commonest in Hong Kong) has olive-green crown and mantle, with yellow eyebrow and throat. Found mostly in wet areas and cultivated land.
